Position Summary: Staff pharmacists monitor patient drug therapies including choice of drug, drug dosage, frequency, avoiding drug interactions, duplications, and drug allergies. Provide drug information to physicians and nurses, dose drugs under protocol, and fill orders for oral and injectable medications.
Rotating shifts - typically between 1st (7a-330p) and 2nd shift (330p - 12a). Will also need to be flexible to rotate to 3rd shift as needed.

Minimum Education: Bachelorâ��s Degree in Pharmacy is required. Doctorate of Pharmacy with residency or Board certification preferred.
Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years of recent job related experience is required.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: South Carolina license. American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
