This is an on-site position based in our Chandler, AZ facility.
No previous experience is required to be considered for this position.
Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information
Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided
Prioritizing deliveries based upon delivery time and location
Pulling and packing supplies for the deliveries
Stocking and standing for extended periods of time
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Assist in other duties & responsibilities as requested (as business needs dictate)

High School Diploma / GED or higher
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the State of Arizona
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
Ability to work between the business hours of 7am-7pm Monday - Friday with a weekend and holiday rotational, including the flexibility to work overtime as needed by the business
Position requires long periods of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location

Previous home infusion experience
Previous compounding experience
1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
An eye for detail and strong communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to understand variable compounding modalities and to work independently but understand the need to consult with the pharmacist if questions arise
