The supervisory pharmacist for compounded sterile preparations (CSP) and compounded non-sterile preparations (CNSP), to include hazardous drugs (HDs), manages all aspects of compounded preparations to include policy development, oversight, competencies and specialty functions unique to the program. Responsible for developing, organizing, coordinating and managing the oversight of USP 795, 797 and 800 compliance within pharmacy at ECHCS.
