MultiCare is offering an opportunity to be trained as a Pharmacy Technician. Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations, from handling medications to maintaining patient records. MultiCare's Pharmacy Technician Training Program will provide the student with experience in retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, as well as specialty areas within pharmacy. The program is broken up into two parts: didactic and experiential. The didactic portion is the educational part of the program that will be taught through computer modules. The experiential portion is the hands-on training the student will receive at various sites within MultiCare. The program is designed to prepare the student for state and national certification.G
