Pharmacy Technician (Controlled Substance Officer/Investigational Drug Specialist)
A pharmacy technician in this assignment provides a broad range of technical support function in pharmacy. The incumbent will be performing inpatient and/or outpatient duties necessary for pharmacy operation which include controlled substance inventory, maintain ward stock, answering questions from patients, and other customers, working with pharmacists to identify basic therapeutic conflicts, referring questions regarding therapy, interactions, and adverse reactions to pharmacists.
