The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive pharmaceutical care activities in clinic setting for veterans within the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System. The pharmacist operates independently with a broad delegation of authority to coordinate all aspects of pharmacy services within the clinic. ****DUTIES CONTINUED*** 8. Works with other pharmacy managers and staff to identify areas of duplication of efforts and develops solutions to streamline processes, reduce waste, reduce costs and improve patient care. 9. Attends staff meetings, keeps pharmacy administration informed on clinic matters, and present clinic related issues pertinent to operational efficiency. Share knowledge with staff as necessary to keep staff informed. 10. Ensures a pha
