Pharmacy Technician- FT
DescriptionThe Pharmacy Technician under direct supervision of the Manager of Pharmacy and/or Pharmacist - and according to the standard procedures - dispenses actives for IV and irrigating solutions, mixes IV additive solutions as required using aseptic technique with the laminar air flow hood, types labels, prepares and files charge slips, and performs other related duties. Reports to the Manager of Pharmacy.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Pharmacy Tech Certification in the State of Alabama required.Minimum of one-year pharmacy technician experience in a hospital setting required.Alabama IV certification preferred .Excell
